OK guys.. so I'm having surgery tomorrow!! I'm excited.. (and a little nervous!). I'm getting my right foot done first. I'm getting the bunion removed and getting my 2nd and 3rd toes shortened! The doctor said there will be a little bit of scaring.. but I'm sure that will look better than what I have now! I've hiden my feet FOREVER.. and I just want to wear OPEN TOE SHOES!!

I'm sorry I haven't been keeping up with my blog, but I just updated everything.. all the way up to a picture that I took today! Hopefully this helps you!
ReplyDeleteHi! WOW I just saw ur posts and pics! Immediately after your surgery I could see a difference! They look so good! Mine looked scary after but are starting to look REALLY good! I'll post those pics soon. I'm so glad you updated, I was afraid something went wrong! Are you able to bend them? Mine are so swollen, they won't bend unless I try REALLY hard. It's been 2 months and I still limp around :/
ReplyDeleteMine do bend. When I was first able to wear regular shoes, I would exaggerate when I walked & bend them REALLY hard to loosen them up, & it became easier. Now, a year later, they are as flexible as before the surgery.
ReplyDeleteI just got my left foot done in the beggining of February, & I'm now in regular shoes. I'm in that stiff stage right now. I exaggerate when I walk again and also do exercises (like standing on my toes). I have more swelling on my left side, so it is a little harder, but I'm determined to get them flexible!!
